5. Custom Orders
All custom jewellery orders require a deposit, agreed upon at the time of consultation. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect verified by Limra Jewelry.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Limra Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our products and services.
